What happened?

Cape Coral Police say detectives tied a local man to a months-long retail theft scheme involving high-value Lego sets taken from the Del Prado South Walmart. Investigators said he used barcodes from cheaper items to buy much more expensive sets at reduced prices more than a dozen times, causing more than $1,300 in losses. Detectives later recovered stolen sets and additional barcodes during the investigation.
